Dr. Lawrence Ruck holds a B.S. in Biology from the State University of New
York at Albany and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the National University
of Health Sciences in Chicago. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports
Practitioner through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

Dr. Ruck is an American Red Cross trained, "Protect Your Back" instructor
and has been a certified personal trainer through the American Council on
Exercise since 1997.    

Before opening in Tarrytown, Dr. Ruck worked as an associate at a
Manhattan practice specializing in sports and repetitive strain injuries.

He has served on medical teams at the Westchester Toughman Triathlon,
2008 AVP Professional Beach Volleyball tournament, NYC triathlon, and
NYC marathon and has volunteered his time at Avon Breast Cancer walks
in Chicago and New York City and Leukemia/Lymphoma Society events in
Westchester.

Dr. Ruck has lectured extensively on topics in Anatomy and Physiology,
functional training, spine rehabilitation, and sports injuries.
