I have post graduate education in sports injuries (Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner) and soft tissue therapies (Active Release). Prior to Chiropractic College, I worked as a personal trainer, certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have lectured extensively on topics in Anatomy, functional training, and injury prevention.

In my spare time, I enjoy basketball (as long as everyone is over 40), hiking, woodworking, and cooking.

My practice goals are simple: I teach patients how to stay strong

and active, avoid unnecessary intervention, and keep them doing what they love.
